Orders must be placed a minimum of 4 business days before your scheduled flight.

All Duty Free purchases are payable with a major credit card: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners and JCB (Japan Credit Bureau). We do not accept cash, ATM/debit or gift cards.
All credit card purchases are charged in Canadian dollars. If you pay with a credit card issued outside of Canada, your bank may charge you a foreign merchant transaction fee. Please contact your bank for details.
Duty Free vouchers can be purchased from Aeroplan to use either on the website or for purchases on board.
Yes, when you pre-purchase online you will earn Aeroplan points as follows:
- Spend $49-$199 CAD and earn 1.5 Aeroplan points for every dollar spent.
- Spend $200-$1000 and earn 2 Aeroplan points for every dollar spent.
- Spend $49-$199 CAD and earn 1.5 Aeroplan points for every dollar spent.

Your goods will be delivered to your seat on the flight you specified. You will be asked to identify yourself and the flight attendant will ask you to sign a receipt confirming that you received your order.
You may return the unopened product immediately to the flight attendant. Contact [email protected] or call 1-877-553-3277 immediately upon arrival at your destination for a refund.
