If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your flight for a full refund.  Products can only be returned in their original packaging. Please write to Customer Service at customercare@dfassgroup.com to arrange for any returns/refunds. Include proof of purchase and reason for return. We will refund the cost of the item to your credit card. Postage, shipping or handling costs are not refundable.
 
Sales of liquor and tobacco are final.

Partial or undelivered goods: If all or part of your pre-ordered items are not delivered to you during your flight, please email us at  customercare@dfassgroup.com. Include your flight details, order number and particulars of the missing goods. We will gladly issue a refund of items not delivered on board. Due to customs restrictions we regret that goods cannot be sent from the Duty Free Supplier.
