Pre-order Terms

• Preflight order service is available for select Air Canada international flights no later than 4 business days prior to departure date.
• A minimum purchase of $1 and maximum purchase of $1000, payable by credit card only

Customers who make a single transaction purchase for duty-free items in-flight between $100 and $199 can earn 250 Aeroplan points, and customers who make a single transaction purchase for duty-free items in-flight of any amount of $200 or more can earn 500 Aeroplan points. This promotional offer is valid on all Air Canada-operated flights offering duty-free services for single transaction purchases amounting to a minimum of $100 or more. Multiple transaction purchases may not be combined to receive the promotional offer. Customer must provide a valid Aeroplan Number at time of purchase otherwise customer will not be eligible to benefit from the promotional offer. Any Duty-Free pre-purchases made online at aircanada.com are not eligible to receive this promotional offer. Aeroplan points awarded to a customer at the time of purchase are credited to the customer's Aeroplan Account approximately two to three weeks after the purchase. Aeroplan points earned do not count as Air Canada Status Points and therefore do not qualify for status in the Altitude program.
